Our distinctive red AOG 'Must Go' bag is used for parts under 32kg, and notifies our agile teams to drop everything and prioritise getting these bags to their destination as rapidly as possible.

For our larger shipments, we have flat-bed trailers, cranes and other material-handling equipment to cater for oversize shipments.

We take action the second we accept your critical part at our dedicated AOG acceptance counter. Shipments are marked as top-priority in bold packaging for rapid handling at every step.
Milestone reporting keeps you informed during the journey and helps you to plan for the future maintenance of the aircraft.
